Three terms. No guesswork.
Here’s what each one means.
Vehicle application
The exact configuration of the requested part that fits your vehicle.
Search priority
What you want us to emphasize while researching matching supplier inventory.
Supplier match
One matching supplier or listing included in your completed research report.
Start with fitment
Tell us the vehicle and the part you actually need.
Our guided selectors help narrow the request before research begins. When a vehicle uses more than one version of a part, the exact application choices appear in the form. If you are unsure, you can say so without getting trapped.
The report is the product
A working shortlist—not a vague list of links.
Each completed report connects your exact request to organized Supplier Matches. Available listing facts are collected in one place so you can compare, verify, and contact the supplier you prefer.

Why the research has value
Used-part inventory was never designed to be easy to compare.
Listings are scattered across suppliers, and the details are rarely presented the same way. You are paying us to turn that fragmented market into a clear report.

Narrow the fitment
Use the vehicle, canonical part, VIN details, and selected Vehicle Application.
Research matching inventory
Compare supplier listings using the Search Priorities included in your plan.
Build a clean report
Organize useful listing details and count duplicate suppliers only once.
Before choosing a package
A search priority tells us what to emphasize.
The applicable priorities depend on the part. Mileage makes sense for engines and transmissions; condition evidence is more useful for many body, interior, and electronic parts.
We only show the Search Priorities that make sense for the part you select.
Closest Suppliers
Matching supplier listings are organized with preference toward proximity to your ZIP code.
Lowest Advertised Price
We emphasize matching listings showing lower advertised prices when pricing is available.
Lowest Listed Mileage
For mileage-relevant assemblies, we emphasize matching listings with lower stated mileage.
Best Available Condition
For appropriate non-mileage parts, we emphasize the strongest available condition, testing, and warranty evidence.
Flat one-time pricing
More priorities. More unique supplier matches.
Every plan covers one custom search for one requested part. There is no subscription and no markup on the physical part. The difference is how broadly we research and how many unique supplier matches the completed report can include.
Basic Search
$10one time
Best when one Search Priority clearly matters most.
- Choose distance, price, mileage, or condition when applicable
- One flat research fee
- Duplicate suppliers count once
Expanded Search
$20one time
Compare the market from two useful angles without overcomplicating the search.
- Typically up to 3 matches per selected Search Priority
- Two Search Priority groups in one report
- Duplicate suppliers count once
Complete Search
$30one time
The fullest available view of matching supplier inventory for the requested part.
- Typically up to 3 matches in each priority group
- Every applicable priority included
- Duplicate suppliers count once
“Up to” reflects live inventory. We include as many unique Supplier Matches as are available, up to the plan limit. A duplicate supplier is counted once, even when it qualifies under more than one Search Priority.

Fitment before inventory
The same vehicle can use more than one version of a part.
Supplier listings may distinguish parts by engine size, VIN digit, transmission code, drivetrain, axle ratio, radio option, body style, interchange number, or another application-specific description.
- Engine
- Displacement, VIN code, fuel type, option code
- Transmission
- Automatic/manual, drive type, speed count, ID
- Electronics
- Audio, navigation, camera, connector, option code
- Body & drivetrain
- Side, position, cab, wheelbase, axle ratio
Not sure is a valid answer. Add your VIN, a photo, or any known details and our team can account for the uncertainty during research.

Read every frequently asked questionWhat am I actually buying?
A one-time professional research service. We identify unique supplier matches and organize the available listing details in a report. The physical part is purchased separately and directly from the supplier you select.
Why pay for used-part research?
Used-part inventory is fragmented across salvage yards and suppliers. We narrow the search to the correct vehicle application, compare listings by your selected priorities, remove duplicates, and organize the useful details so you do not have to do that work yard by yard.
What is a supplier match?
A Supplier Match is one matching supplier or listing included in your completed report. The same supplier is not counted twice merely because it also qualifies under another Search Priority.
What if no matching inventory is available?
We send a No Matching Inventory Found report showing that the research was completed. Used-part inventory changes frequently, so a matching listing cannot be guaranteed.
When can I order?
Anytime. Orders can be submitted online 24/7. Research is normally performed from 8 AM–8 PM Central, Monday–Saturday.
Stop searching yard by yard
Start with the exact part. End with an organized supplier report.
Tell us the vehicle, choose the matching Vehicle Application, and select what matters most. We research the market. You decide what to do next.
